Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: Bonds of Trust Walkthrough

Bonds of Trust is a Side Quest in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth that takes place in the Cosmo Canyon Region. As part of our Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth guide, we're going to provide a Bonds of Trust Walkthrough that covers all the stages of the Side Quest.

Bonds of Trust can be claimed off the Community Noticeboard in Cosmo Canyon. It doesn't come with a recommended level.

The Rancher's Request

Head on over to Kamaeria's Ranch to begin this Side Quest, who wants you to test out her Chocobo training course. First, though, you need to capture Aponi.

Capture Aponi

You'll need to head north of Kameria's Ranch to find Aponi. Once you get there, you'll need to use pullies and levers on carts again to reach the Chocobo. This one's all about waiting for the right moment when a Chocobo isn't looking, and using that window of opportunity to push the mine cart past them.

Head to Training Course No. 1

Once you've captured Aponi, head for the first training course.

Complete Training Course No. 1

Interact with the pole with the Chocobo on top to begin the first training course. The controls for this minigame are a bit strange, so it'll probably take you a few failed runs before you get the hang of it. You have to reach the initial target score to complete the course.

Head to Training Course No. 2

After completing the first training course, make your way to the second near to Celestory Cavern.

Complete Training Course No. 2

Again, complete the training course. Again, you'll need to at least reach the first target score.

Head to Training Course No. 3

Once the second course is complete, head for the third and final one back at Kamaria's Ranch.

Complete Training Course No. 3

Finish the final training course to complete the Side Quest.
