During Beyond Ragnarok, after completing The Realms at War, return to the tavern in Nidavellir to begin A Viking Funeral. Listen to the conversation between Durlin, Lunda, and Raeb. Then interat with Brok, whose body is on the table. Watch the cutscene.

Next you'll need to head to the Sverd Sands. You can use a Mystic Gateway if you want to get there quickly. Use the raft, which you first used during The Quest for Tyr, to get to the funeral. Once you arrive at the funeral, interact with Brok's body on the ground, and watch the cutscene. Once it's over, this will unlock the Funeral for a Friend Trophy, and complete A Viking Funeral.
