You'll begin Casualty of War: The Scroll by finding a lost spirit in The Plains. Head to the northwest corner of the area, where you can grapple across to find the entrance to a cave on the right. Go inside to find the spirit, who requires the other half of their scroll to restore their memory.

From here, go out and grapple up the high wall. Continue and turn left at the Celestial Altar. Look down into the below area, and on the right you can see some rocks to blow up with your spear. Throw a spear into each point, but don't detonate them yet. Go right and drop down, then head left towards those rocks. There are two more points to throw spears into. Do that and blow them up to clear the rocks. Head inside and the other half of the scroll is under the trees. After speaking with the spirit again, Casualty of War: The Scroll will be done.
