You'll begin Casualty of War: The Toy by finding a lost spirit in The Jungle. Before you can find it, you'll need to complete the Favour named Return of the River. With the water returned, sail to the south of the area, where you'll find a beach to land on. Over to the right of this area is a spirit, who needs you to find the other half of a toy belonging to their child.

Get back on the boat and sail north up the river. Get off the boat at the dock just through the rocks. Squeeze through the gap and deal with any enemies here if you haven't already. From where you enter this area, head over to the right edge to find the second toy half next to the remains of the spirit. Once you speak to them again, Casualty of War: The Toy will be complete.
