GTA 5: Father/Son

Father/Son is the fifth Main Mission in GTA 5, and sees Franklin and Michael team up together. In this GTA 5 guide, we are going to reveal a Father/Son walkthrough and a Father/Son Gold Medals checklist.

Father/Son: Gold Medals Checklist

• Rescue Jimmy within 10 seconds
• Deliver Amanda's car with no damage

Father/Son: Walkthrough

• This mission can be started as either Franklin or Michael, but the starting point is always at the latter's house, with the character you begin it with altering the opening cutscene slightly.
• The two of you were going to go for a drink, but Michael's son Jimmy quickly calls about a stolen yacht. Go to Pacific Bluffs and you'll spot the boat being driven off on top of a truck. Get Franklin close to the yacht and he'll jump onto the back. Keep up with the yacht and shoot the bad guys that appear and attack Franklin.

• When Jimmy is hanging onto the yacht's mast, drive underneath him so he can safely drop down into the car. You'll then complete a similar process on the rear end of the truck so Franklin can jump off. The car will soon break, so go to Los Santos Customs to repair it, and then go to Michael's house to finish the mission.
