Meet Sebastian in Feldcroft, which is south of Hogwarts in the Feldcroft Region. We recommend fast travelling via Floo Flame and then using your Broomstick to get there quickly. Start by following Sebastian to his uncle's house, then speak to Anne and Solomon. Return to Sebastian afterwards, then follow him to where Anne was cursed. You'll encounter some goblins along the way, so deal with them first.

You'll need to search the area for clues, so cast Revelio and interact with any objects that turn up blue. Do the same inside the house. Depulso will get rid of the rubble blocking the path to the left. Use Lumos in the cellar, then interact with the diary entries and the mirror in the back. After explaining things to Sebastian, go through the mirror into the Undercroft.
