Hogwarts Legacy: In the Shadow of the Mountain Walkthrough

To start this Main Quest, meet Sebastian in the southeastern region of Marunweem Lake. To get there, you'll need to go through a cave network that starts outside a Medium Bandit Camp at the very bottom of South Sea Bog. If you don't want to fight, feel free to just run past all the enemies. You can then fly on over to where Sebastian is. Next, scale the mountainside via the path, engaging with the goblins if you wish. You'll eventually find an enemy camp, and all the goblins inside need to be killed. Afterwards, continue following the path until you find another enemy camp to destroy. After the cutscene, you can head inside.

A lot of spiders await you in the first area, which will take some time to down if you're at the appropriate level. Next, push on through the spiders' nest, using Depulso and Incendio to clear rubble and cobwebs. Another spider encounter awaits you. Once they're dead, search the room for the three rune symbols and shoot them all quickly to unlock the door blocking your path. Two of them are right next to the door and the third is behind you.

A big troll fight is up next, which will likely prove difficult. Take your time and stay out of the way of its swings. When it's dead, use Reparo on the rubble blocking the staircase. Use Wingardium Leviosa on the interactive box up ahead, then Levioso so it's enchanted in place so you can climb up to the path. When you reach the level above, shoot the three symbols to open the door. Inside, you'll find the last canvas piece upstairs on the table. You can then return to the Undercroft to your right, completing the canvas once you're there.
