Broken Locks: Walkthrough

You must have recovered Porguf's Lockbox in Breaking Even for Broken Locks to trigger. If you did, speak to Porguf at Camp Nowhere, then travel to Petra at Chainscrape. She's in the side-room, near the Machine Strike game. Petra will tell you that Marsa is at the Signal Tower, north of Chainscrape, where you got the Lens of Morning. Speak to her to solve the Errand.
