The Splinter Within: Walkthrough

Wait at the campfire just at the northern point of Fleet's End. Theoa will come and speak with you, so watch the cutscene. You can talk with Theoa to learn more about her problems, but select Finding Enki when you're ready to head out on your mission. You'll need to travel to the islands in the southwest to investigate. On the eastern island you'll see a smoke signal, with Ravagers, Leaplashers, and Stalkers rampaging nearby. Take care of them and then talk to the Quen named Rokomo on the overpass.

Travel to the island on the west. There are Waterwings waiting for you on the upper platform, so take care of them. Then investigate the corpse of the Quen. It's time to play detective, so investigate all the purple glowing points. Use your Focus to highlight tracks and then follow them. You'll stumble upon another Quen corpse so examine it. Follow more tracks to the water's edge, and then examine the Drag Marks. Use the water current and your Shieldwing to propel you up the tower, and begin climbing it.

At the top, activate the Holo Projecter. Once you're done, travel out into the ocean to search for the ship wreck. You'll encounter a Tideripper down here; swim round to its rear and grab onto the debris attached to its tail.

Travel to Rokomo's location, just south of Fleet's End. Confront him on the beach, then watch the cutscene. Once you're done, speak with Theoa to complete the quest.
