The Dying Lands: Walkthrough

Plainsong is directly north of Stone's Echo. Once you arrive you'll find Zo and Varl waiting for you at the front entrance. Speak to them and they'll lead you upstairs to meet with the Chorus. You can pick up some new side quests here and also purchase new outfits from the merchant. Once you're ready speak to Zo and Varl again to meet the Chorus, before the Cordon is attacked by machines.

Once you're inside TAU, you'll be attacked by a group of Leaplashers, so make sure you're prepared for that. You'll need to navigate your way to the Repair Bay Core, completing simple traversal puzzles along the way. Use your Focus with R3 to highlight handholds if you're not sure where to climb. In one room you'll need to step on switches to make some gears turn. You can then fix these in place by shooting them with an arrow when they illuminate. Finally, you'll need to jump aboard a flying robot, who will carry you through TAU, closer to the Grimhorn.

The Grimhorn is a fearsome foe. It's weak to Purgewater and Acid, so make sure you have weapons that deal in these properties before engaging. You can also shoot off its side cannons and pick up the weaponry to deal some devastating damage. Remember to highlight any removable parts with your Focus in order to get the upper-hand.
