When you enter the Admin Building, switch to the Dead timeline and approach Vinh at his desk. On the coffee table to the right will be this Polaroid.

In the Admin Building once again in the Dead timeline, head for the coffee shop and look to the back table to find the Polaroid.

In Lucas' Office, this Polaroid is to the left of the gold Typewriter.

Scene: Nobody Wants to Drink Alone

In the Snapping Turtle bar, head left towards the fireplace and this Polaroid will be on top of a table to the left, just past the two people talking.

Scene: Heartbreaking & Entering

In Max's house, switch to the Living timeline and go to the living area. Next to the chair in the corner with the lit lamp is the Polaroid.
