Walkthrough
In the middle of Little Odessa are two guys letting off fireworks on a rooftop; you will see and hear them from miles around. Head on over to the FNSM App Request, only for one of the fireworks to explode right at its base and injure some guy called Mike. Pick him up and take him to the hospital in northwest Little Odessa. Place Mike on the stretcher outside and he'll ask you to investigate where he got the fireworks from.
Follow the objective marker to the docks to find some thugs crafting fireworks. Here, you'll learn how to Camouflage, which makes performing Stealth Takedowns considerably easier. Either staying quiet or making your presence known, beat up the bad guys on the ground. Once they're all down, Throw the fireworks into the river. There will be two more piles of fireworks you need to do the same to nearby. After the call with Henry, the FNSM App Request will be complete.
