Walkthrough
This Prowler Stash is located in the northeast corner of Midtown. Here's a visual aid if you need any help finding it:
When you get there, Scan the western side of the building where the USA flag is. Then, wallcrawl up the lefthand side of the entrance and Pull it open to reveal a vent. Go inside and avoid the lasers while using Web on the fans. At the end will be the Prowler Stash.
