Marvel's Spider-Man 2: This Isn't You

This Isn't You is the 29th Mission in the Main Story of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and sees Peter continue his pursuit of Venom, but gets wrapped up in a fight to save MJ. Walkthrough

Peter and Miles both now have an audio recording that's going to stagger Venom when they get close, so now all they need to do is find him. Begin by swinging over to Harry's house in Upper East Side and scouting out the rooftop. You won't find Harry there, but there is an audio recording from Norman Osborn to listen to. In the next cutscene, MJ tells Peter about her promotion at the Daily Bugle, but Harry interrupts and appears to kidnap her. Swing over to her place as quickly as you can. When you get there, Harry will turn into Venom and spread the symbiote to MJ, turning her into a monster known as Scream.

When you regain control, you'll need to fight Scream in a four-phase boss battle. As is typical with previous encounters, Parrying red attacks is your best asset along with utilising Skills when they're available. Remember to use your Sonic Bursts to stun Scream temporarily, and you can also Pull on the cars in the arena to set off their alarms, thus staggering the boss again. When you reach the third phase of the encounter in the construction site, you can Pull on the stacks of pipes along the sides of the arena to again stun Scream — there's also the blue truck in the back to help you.

The boss' move set stays pretty much the same across all four phases, so get used to the sort of attacks it has up its sleeve and you shouldn't have too much trouble downing it — especially with checkpoints between each phase. Having finished the fourth phase, the symbiote will become detached from MJ and she'll be saved. With Miles needing help at city hall, the Mission ends.
