This Collectible type takes the shape of notes, letters, diary entries, book passages, and even whole items, all spread throughout the many locations in the game. If you find and collect them all in a single playthrough, you'll unlock the Archivist Trophy. In this Silent Hill 2 guide, we're going to reveal all Memos locations. What Are All Memos Locations in Silent Hill 2?

With no markers for them on your map or visual cues in the environment, you simply have to find and claim them all as you play. Luckily, we have all their locations linked below. You can track which Memos you've found by opening up your inventory and selecting the Memos tab, where all the ones you've found so far will be documented in accordance with the place they were originally located. This makes it easier to work out which Memos you still need to find before you leave a location. Below you'll find all Memos locations in Silent Hill 2, broken down into every major area in the game. Collecting them all unlocks the Archivist Trophy.
