What Are All Strange Photos Locations in Silent Hill 2?

Strange Photos aren't marked anywhere on your map or in the UI, so you simply need to search for them in the environment and then select the interact prompt to pick them up and store them. Luckily for you, the locations of them all are documented below. If you open up your inventory in the game, you can track what Strange Photos you've found in the relevant tab. However, they're not broken into individual locations like Memos are; you simply get a long list of them. Below you'll find all Strange Photos locations in Silent Hill 2, broken down into the main places where they appear. Collecting them all unlocks the Pieces Unarranged Trophy.
