How Do You Solve the Clock Puzzle in Room 212 in Silent Hill 2?

After exploring the Blue Creek Apartments for a little while, you'll find the Clock puzzle in Room 212. There's a hint scribbled into the wall on your left about the clock hands' positions, and the note opposite on the table will help you too. You must explore Blue Creek Apartments and find the hands to go on the Clock's face, and then accurately position them in order to unlock new doors throughout the complex. Below you'll find how to solve the Clock puzzle in Room 212, in the correct order according to the main story route.

Clock Puzzle: Where to Find The Hour Hand

The Hour Hand can be located inside the Radio that's chained up and hanging from the ceiling in Room 307. In order to access it, you need to find a Valve for the pipe in the room to its right. To do so, enter Room 305 via the balcony outside Room 307, then take the Apartment 306 Key inside. Unlock and enter Room 306, use the crawlspace next to the couch to reach Room 304, then take the Valve off the pipe in the main area. Return to the pipe in Room 307 next to the Radio and use it to lower the contraption. Interact with it and you'll get The Hour Hand. Clock Puzzle: The Hour Hand Solution

Return to the Clock in Room 212 and insert The Hour Hand. We now need to work out what number to turn The Hour Hand to. According to the note opposite the Clock:

Henry fears Scott, he'll run from him and hide,
He's fled to the west, to the other side.

In this case, Henry is The Hour Hand, and west on the clock would be 9. As such, The Hour Hand solution is:

• Turn the hour hand west to 9

Clock Puzzle: Where to Find The Minute Hand

Once you have The Hour Hand Solution entered, the door James marked on his map as "H" on Door unlocks and opens. Search that room and destroy the exposed wall in the kitchen. You can search the toilet inside 3 times, and you will pull out The Minute Hand.

After touring floor 1F, you'll eventually find a stairwell that gets you back up to floor 2F. When you reach the Clock, place The Minute Hand inside and refer to the scrawl on the wall to the left. It tells you to point The Minute Hand in the direction of 2, giving us the solution:
