Fast travel to the Devastated Settlement in Stone Spies on Koboh, selecting the Meditation Point called Grand Chamber. From where you spawn, go to the left and look over the cliff edge. You'll spot a big golden cube (there's a Force Tear inside it), and just below it is a small path with an entrance. With that in mind, cross to the other side of the area and direct the Orb laser towards this entrance.

Once you've landed, defeat the enemies and then use BD-1's Koboh Grinder to create a path from the laser to the vines covering the entrance. That's all there is to this Jedi Chamber, so collect the Essence and you'll be done.
