You'll need to aim for your target's head to maximise your score. Take it slow, as there's no timer during this challenge. You get a full clip, so keep peppering the head of your target in order to outscore Manny. Once you've both run out of ammo, you'll unlock the Sharpshooter Trophy if you got the highest score.
