All bought and paid for digitally, I'm really looking forward to this!
Will order the day before release and download ready to play…..
Bring it on, can’t wait either 💪🏻
Got this and Horizon Forbidden West both pre-ordered from Base.com. Can't wait for both to release
To those who pre-ordered digitally, may I ask, why? I'm still trying to wrap my head around the benefits. It's £10 cheaper on disc (NOT via Amazon, however)
I love base.com and their prices, but my last Pre-order (dying light 2) failed to be dispatched on time for release and was then showing out of stock, so I don't think they limited the orders to their stock unless there was a supply issue. Just a word of warning for anyone desperate to play on release day.
@JB_Whiting - for me personally, the convenience. been all digital for years. hate discs. also, can play the games on both my consoles which are in different properties without taking discs everywhere.
And as for cost, with discounted PSN no-one pays near the listed price. I paid £56 thanks to 20% off my credit...which I was lucky to find, but it's trivial to get close to 15% off from the main shops anytime.
Just wait 3 months till games fully patched and pick up for £39.99. Simples
So with the anniversary edition can the PS4 code be used on another PSN account or does it need the disc to run?
If you pre order the disc version how does the game know that, to give you the bonus content.

@NicofSutton you will likely get codes to redeem in the box
Last chance to pre order? For what? Paying the highest price? I bet, the price will drop 1 day after release at Amazon.
The price is always 10$ cheeper at Walmart day one in store as well.
@JB_Whiting Ive got a digital ps5. Where else was i supposed to buy it from? Plus less room taken in the landfill when i die and my kids throw all my sh*t out!
Joking btw aka non aggressive.
Why bother with physical when it requires an internet connection anyway
Makes a refreshing change to read about this. We appear to live in a world, where more people are excited about something like Elden ring, than they are about the imminent arrival of Gran Turismo 7. Now that really does darken my soul...
@ryancraddock I swear bots are taking all the special editions on Amazon. Three times it's been available today and not let me get to checkout.
EDIT: Managed to bag one
@elvisfan1 Ha, congrats! Enjoy it when it arrives! 🙂
@ryancraddock Thank you! I'll try. I wasn't even going to get it but I've been swept up in the hype.
Just too damn expensive for me but in about a year time hoping there will be a decent list of games I can start picking up, unless they stay at £70 for the long haul of course. I'd have definitely snapped this up if £40 on release. May have to buy for my son's birthday as new games are becoming special occasion purchases instead of hobby purchases these days.
Edit: probably appropriate he went to school world book day dressed as Charlie Bucket today!
Got mine today from Base.com. £60.85 delivered
The update will take 4 hours though
Pre ordered after the reviews, jumped on a midnight and before I knew it, it was 3am.
Back playing just now and loving it, it's been a while since I played GT and this took me right back.
Got my copy and 5 o'clock can't come quick enough!
