EA's shown off Syndicate's co-operative mode in a brand new action packed trailer.

The game's colourful, sci-fi setting has an identity of its own that's a million miles away from the gritty browns of the current modern combat first-person shooter landscape.

But really, EA, didn't you get the memo? Today is Grand Theft Auto V day. No matter how good your Syndicate trailer is — which shows off the game's four-player co-op mode amidst blazing weapons and heavy basslines — no one is going to be talking about it.
