What did we say earlier about job ads leading to leaks? Someone get EA on the phone, because the US mega publisher is the latest to fall foul of the media’s eager eyes.
A job listing spotted by AllGamesBeta has hinted at the development of Crysis 3. The ad – which calls for a Video Director – states that the job will involve work with EA’s “partner studio” Crytek in order to capture game footage. It also suggests knowledge of the developer’s CryEngine would be a bonus.
Crysis 2, which launched in 2011 under EA’s Partners label, went on to sell over three million copies across multiple platforms. Worthy of a sequel then.
Crytek’s been pretty quiet of late, with a Kinect title and the faraway Homefront 2 the developer’s only announced projects.
