Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault will still adhere to Sony’s cross-buy initiative when it releases on the PlayStation Network next week – but unfortunately you won’t be able to redeem the PlayStation Vita version until January. Despite the best efforts of third-party developer Tin Giant, the portable port won’t quite be ready in time.
“In order to provide the best gameplay experience possible, the Vita version of Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault will be releasing later than the PlayStation 3 version, and will follow in January 2013 on PlayStation Store,” explained product manager Greg Phillips on the PlayStation Blog.
In order to make up for the delay, Sony will be giving away the title's ‘Mini-Boss Skin Pack’ for free, which includes “three fan-favourite boss characters from past Ratchet & Clank games”. The expansion will launch alongside the PS3 game on 27th November in North America, and 28th November in Europe.

Hate the name QForce but like the use of the word "entitlement" in the EU blog. Very civilized.
Oh god at that one on the left. WILL USE IT RELIGIOUSLY~~
Oh boy, is that a Terranoid from Ratchet & Clank 3? I'm glad I pre-ordered this earlier today!
