Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch developer Level-5 has already started work on its first PlayStation 4 project, according to the company’s head honcho Akihiro Hino. Chatting with Nikkei’s Trendy Net, the executive confirmed that the Japanese studio is currently in the planning phase of production, but should be able to officially announce something soon.
Level-5 may be more aligned with Nintendo these days, but the developer has a long history with the PlayStation manufacturer. Some of its most notable SCE-funded endeavours include the Dark Cloud series on the PlayStation 2, as well as the two White Knight Chronicles titles on the PlayStation 3.
Hino failed to provide any more details about its in-development PS4 title, but did mention that he believes that figuring out the best uses of network functionality will be fundamental to succeeding in the next generation. What would you like the studio to produce for Sony's impending machine? Let us know in the comments section below.

I'll take any solo-player* JRPG they make, thank you. Something along the lines of Rogue Galaxy or DQ8 would top my list.
*That part about "network functionality" scared me.
It seems that JRPG titles are making a strong comeback in the west.
I want to see more collaboration with Studio Ghibli
Hopefully it's not Japan exclusive.
It needs to be My Neighbour Totoro arcade tournament fighter.
This could very well be what persuades me to grab a PS4...
