Ratchet & Clank developer Insomniac Games will give you the opportunity to put its first multiformat project Fuse through its paces next week. Starting from 7th May, you’ll be able to download a demo for the title, which features single player, four-player, and split-screen co-op modes. You’ll have the chance to put all four Overstrike operatives to the test, so the teaser should give you a decent taste of the full game.
“When it comes to Fuse, the biggest thing that we've noticed when sharing it with others for the first time is that playing is believing,” said the Burbank-based developer’s gaffer Ted Price. We’re assuming that he’s been reading the brutal NeoGAF threads regarding the game.
The full title’s due out on 28th May in North America and 31st May in Europe, so you should have plenty of time to exhaust the demo's content. We’re particularly eager to play this, as the reception to the release since it shed its cartoon style has been mixed to say the least.

Wohoo I'm looking foward to play the demo.
With all this Co-Op focus I might even get the game so I can have something to play when friends comeover. :V
After becoming addicted to Borderlands 2 this looks like it will do nicely. Although I still prefer the original slightly-cartoony visuals.
Not sure I am going to pick up this game, but will definitely try out the demo. Co-op clearly looks its strength, so I will have to get someone round to try with me.
That 2011 E3 trailer makes me want an Incredibles sequel written by the people who wrote Iron Man. I'll play the demo - I always play the demos - but that's it. I would rather have had a new Spyro platformer, though I'm probably the only one.
