Tales of Xillia

Namco Bandai's Tales series is currently celebrating its 15th anniversary, and the party mood has left us practically itching for the JRPG franchise's next instalment, Tales of Xillia, which is due out on 6th August in North America and 9th August in Europe.

The story follows the journey of medical student Jude Mathis and his mysterious companion Milla Maxwell, who must travel across the lands of Rieze Maxia in order to restore mana to the world. With an option of two different story routes, you must adopt the role of either of the aforementioned heroes and witness the character-exclusive events which unfold throughout their adventure.

In order to increase your anticipation for the title, publisher Namco Bandai has released two new gameplay videos, showcasing the fighting talents of characters Rowan J. Ilbert, a 62-year-old butler, and Leia, a childhood friend of Jude. We've included both below for your viewing pleasure.
