You can absolutely play Quantic Dream’s upcoming Beyond: Two Souls with a controller, but the game will support touchscreen inputs, too. Available through a free iOS and Android app, the download will allow you to slide your finger across the screen to move protagonist Jodie Holmes and her spiritual companion Aiden. According to director David Cage, the feature is designed to reel in more casual players, who may not be comfortable with the functionality of the DualShock 3.
Even more interestingly, the game will also feature a couch co-op mode. Here, one person will control Holmes, while the other handles Aiden. You’ll be playing on a single screen, and will need to hit the triangle button to switch between characters. We suspect that this is designed to involve those people who may otherwise just sit and watch the title being played. Given that rubbernecking was pretty popular in Heavy Rain, we reckon that this is a smart inclusion.

Damn Pushsquare stealing my finds from the forum, you'll be hearing from my lawyer lol I was pretty suprised about this yesterday. Certainly unexpected, but also Im baffled as to why the Vita isnt supported for this feature. Id much prefer to use my Vita than a phone
@MadchesterManc Haha!
This is actually a pretty thoughtful inclusion, I think.
Honestly I think Sony should partner up with Apple in the game division. It be awesome if the PS Vita and PS4 can log into the Apple store and buy apps and games from the store.
@Kayoss You mean Google.
This feature seem a bit use less, but who know I may find use for it.
