What is better than football, we hear you cry? Well, football with rocket-powered cars, of course. That's the basic premise of the fast-paced, action sports game Rocket League, currently ambiguously announced for "consoles" in Spring 2015.
Coming a little while after the launch of Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, we're already a fan of the sequel's more streamlined title. Developed and self-published by Psyonix Studios, the company's not exactly a household name, as it largely keeps itself busy supporting the production of external titles such as Mass Effect 3 and XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
With rocket fuelled action, the sky is the limit as you attack, pass, and shoot your way to victory. Naturally, this is a perfect multiplayer title, too, with online, local, and split-screen options allowing you to team up with your pals. And if you want to fly solo, there's a special season mode to get dirty with. With unlockable cars, arenas, and customisable items, you'll have plenty of reasons to keep scoring.

I have to say, I hope this game's coming to the PS4. I absolutely adored the original, and it seems so ridiculously well suited to all of the share functions built into the next-gen machine. Honestly, the original is an underrated gem.
I want it I want it I want it I want it I want it I want it I want it I want it...........but i still prefer the old name mainly because of the theme song.
Anyone that's still unconvinced, check out these two goals from this montage video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXwXL8tCQJo&list=UU_5xIODQOJdiKth-SeU4BVg&feature=player_detailpage#t=127
I want this on Vita
As an online 5 a side it would be pretty cool, as a single player game I wouldn't really be interested.
