A rails shooter in which you must shoot pheromones at school girls in order to keep them at bay is getting a PlayStation 4 and Vita sequel this summer. Due out in Japan only for now, Gal Gun: Double Peace is set a year after the events of the PlayStation Move-powered original, and will feature over 70 new ladies.
The previous escapade saw you assume the role of Tenzou, a high school student rendered irresistible to the opposite sex. Your objective was to find your true love, while harmlessly taking out the denizens of damsels seeking your affections. The original included a panic button which gave the game a retro vibe, daringly dubbed the 'Mum arrived screen'.
You couldn't make it up.

This just sounds like my average day, battering dozens of people who find me attractive and can't help but lunge at me like zombies.
Hopefully they add a little more variety to the game this time. The original was decent with its multiple girls & endings, but got a little too repetitive quickly. I reckon this won't get a release in the west, although I did think the same thing for Onechanbara Z2, so I may have to import again
This game is actually about me. Fyi
Project Morpheus support please.
