The gift that keeps on giving is ready to give a little more: DriveClub's teased city track will arrive tomorrow as part of the game's free February update. As we speculated late last year, the urban course is set in Scotland – it always looked like Edinburgh to us. You'll get six brand new circuits based upon this location for free starting from tomorrow. How cool is that?
Of course, as is becoming tradition with Evolution Studios, you'll be getting a lot more than just the new tracks in v1.26: the previously reported Hardcore Mode will make its bow, turning off many of the title's assists to make for a sterner challenge. Fresh driver levels will also make their debut, as will a bevy of photo options – including the ability to race with camera filters on.
And the patch will also lay the groundwork for two upcoming DLC packs: No Limits will add new events, Trophies, and both the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 V-Spec II and Honda Civic Type-R, while Suzuki will boast a batch of events and Trophies, too – as well as the Suzuki GSX-R1000 and Suzuki GSX-S1000 ABS. Lots and lots and lots to look forward to, then. We can't wait.

I said it before and will say it again. These developers have worked so hard on this game from what it first was to loved game it is now. The support has been amazing with so many free updates and the season pass content. They are an example of the industry.
@JoeBlogs It will, yes.
Added a trailer. Love the new location.
Looking forwards to this, evolution are one of the best developer's regarding DLC.
The amount of effort they puton this game is amazing. They completely recovered from the initial debacle in my eyes
Is it just me, but I find drive club really hard!
Sweeeeet, platinumed Bikes (one of my few plats!) cant wait for these new tracks.
@617Sqn Keep playing till it clicks, there is an easy silver star mode now you can run through if you are struggling, too. Try running through those, then playing again on gold.
Drive club has the perfect difficulty I passed all tracks and while having drive club withdrawls I bought project cars now that game is hard to drive plus it sucks good thing I didint plunge for nfs when it was on sale
Digging the new location and kinda in the mood to go back and play more Drive Club! One can only dream of a new wipeout instalment.
Looks great, I'm sure Edinburgh was in one of the old project Gotham racing games. Next up, San Francisco!!!
Sounds cool + I played a Demo of another racer off PSN today(forgot what it was called, some Rally game) and the graphics were horrible compared to the AMAZING looking DriveClub I was SHOCKED
Wow, thanks again Evo...great stuff
@Carl-G havnt played the game you speak of, but being a rally game I suspect it had a lot more going on in terms of environment changes/car damage etc, hence poorer graphics.
Drive club looks great, and is great, but it's a bit static in places.
well, the only thing i need is a 2 player split-screen... if they do that, they would be mine personal favour developers... PERIOD!
DriveClub really is the best!
One of the few devs who provide constant support to their games. I know Guerrila games have done this in the past for Killzone ShadowFall. And CDProjekt with Witcher 3. It's a great time to be a gamer.
I cant wait to play the city course ^^ looks absolutely stunning!
After all those updates, patches and (mostly) free DLC it would be time to re-review DriveClub ... it easily deserves a 9/10 now .. easily
@617Sqn
no mal LOL DriveClub is insanely hard - I wish for an easy difficulty tbh because I cant finish some events no matter how hard I try :/
Hopefully this isn't holding them back from a new gen Motorstorm! ☺
Bravo. I bought DC on release and watched the ugly duckling turn into a swan. Hats off to Evolution, one of the few studios left who care about their product and fanbase.
Thank you Evo Studios for giving us yet more free content, you have turn thing so-so racer into the best racing game this gen.
