As teased recently, the PlayStation Store PLAY 2016 lineup has been revealed, spotlighting four forthcoming PlayStation 4 digital games. The lineup this year is a little smaller, but it's no less exciting, with Headlander, ABZÛ, Brut@l, and Bound all taking top billing. We think the theme this year is gimmicky titles.
The first game, Headlander, will debut on 26th July, and then there'll be one new release each week through until Bound on 16th August. We're particularly excited for ABZÛ – which is a kind of underwater Journey – and Bound, the balletic platformer created by Linger in Shadows developer Plastic in conjunction with Sony Santa Monica.
You can watch a full trailer of all the games below. As is always the case with the PLAY promotion, PlayStation Plus members will be able to pre-order all four games with a 20 per cent discount. And that's not all: you'll also get a theme, and if you purchase two of the four titles, you'll be emailed a 20 per cent off voucher for use on the PlayStation Store.
Unfortunately, this offer only appears to apply to the North American store for now, so we'll have to wait and see if there'll be any extra incentives attached to these games in Europe. In the meantime, though, let us know in the comments section below which of the four titles has got you hyped, and if you'll be pre-ordering any of them.

Bound and ABZU look nice visually but I hated Journey and both games seem inspired by that style of non-game.
These games look pretentious and overly artsy. Those aren't necessarily deal breakers (I loved Braid), but I'm not seeing much in the way of interesting gameplay, either. I'll wait to play these free in the IGC.
I hate preorder discount, by the time review available the discount will be gone. I like psn spring fever more, the discount available in the entire week launch, I bought half of the spring fever games (hotline miami 2, axiom verge, bastion, shovel knight) after seeing the good review of the game.
I'm interested in abzu and bound but I don't want to buy it before seeing the reviews.
@Ralizah Braid had great gameplay IMO, loved the time bending mechanics.
Abzu is 100% buy for me and I'm waiting to hear more about Bound but I'm interested. I do think this sort of promotion is good to get lesser known games out there though
Most of the pre-orders (with discounts) seem to be on the PS Store now, but no sign of Abzu yet which is the one I really want to get. Looks brilliant, like a mix of journey and Ecco the Dolphin. Hoping for a dynamic theme incentive as well!
