yakuza 6.jpg

Yakuza 6

Developer: SEGA
Release date: 20th March 2018

The first game in SEGA's long running series to use the current-gen, updated Dragon Engine, Yakuza 6 certainly looks the part. Supposedly the end of protagonist Kazuma Kiryu's story, expect over-the-top Japanese drama, bone-crunching combat, and a riveting storyline.

Picture perfect to look at, Ni no Kuni II is coming to whisk us off to a fantasy world full of amazing sights and wondrous creatures. Replacing the turn based combat of the first game with an action-oriented system, Revenant Kingdom isn't playing it especially safe, but everything we've seen of it so far suggests another masterful RPG.

god of war.jpg

God of War

Publisher: Sony
Developer: SCE Santa Monica Studio
Release date: 20th April 2018

Kratos is back, and he's got a big bloody axe. The God of War's taking on Norse mythology this time around, as he takes his weedy son on a long and presumably epic journey. We reckon the change in direction is exactly what the series needs.
