Bandai Namco's shed a little bit of light on how multiplayer works in upcoming action role-playing title Code Vein. Basically, you'll be able to invite a friend to your game and tackle its many challenges together. It should be nice to have the option of seeking help when the going gets really tough.
The twist here is that you already have a partner in the form of your computer-controlled ally. It's unclear whether your invited player will bring their own companion along for the ride, but it sounds like you're getting at least a party of three. "Players can communicate through a combination of gestures, stamps, and voice commands for added teamwork," the press release reads.
Code Vein is set to launch at some point later this year, but are you interested? Tag a friend into the comments section below.

All I need is a release date for this game now.
Didn't realise it offered any online component. I quite like the setting but not sure if the game will appeal - I don't like Dark Souls either so any game (inc Bloodborne) that is 'souls-like' does put me off...
Meh, Dark Souls Remaster already announced. I'm set.
I'm interested.
I am personally really interested in this game, but then, I love anything remotely 'souls like' in respect of mechanics. I am also a real sucker for anime art so this game ticks quite a few boxes for me.
I am not interested
I'd rather know the release date, hopefully soon.
