Inazuma Eleven Ares, the football-themed role-playing game from Level-5, will make its PlayStation 4 debut in Western territories next year. Buried deep in a press release spotted by ResetEra and shared by Gematsu, the Japanese developer notes that its new game will launch in Europe and North America in 2019, where it aims to “tap into the growing e-sports movement”.
No additional details are included, but the title is due out later this year in Japan. As a series, Inazuma Eleven’s been really popular on Nintendo handhelds, selling over eight million units to date. This will mark its first appearance in PlayStation colours, though.

OH a new Inaz.....“tap into the growing e-sports movement”.
oh well never mind then
If this game doesn't end with a football match against a Greek God I will be very upset 0/10 not worth the time.
For somebody who loves footy, RPGs and Level 5, I'm surprised that I've never played these games.
@ApostateMage Did you own a Nintendo handheld? Because a third party game on a Nintendo system is advertised about as well as the bad aspects of politics
No idea how a football rpg will play never mind how it can tap into the e-sports market?. I just wish someone would make ANY football management game. Been far too long for consoles. Skipped ps3 eniterly and will probably skip ps4 too. Such a shame.
@TribalRivals Football Manager is still a thing.
It also happens to be on a console again too.
@Knuckles-Fajita Honestly how much are Nintendo paying you ?
I’m hoping this turns out good.
Also I want a proper Captain Tsubasa game.
@Fight_Teza_Fight They asked a question, I answered. There is a football manager game on a console
And nothing. The government pays me though
Sounds interesting, this would be my first Inazuma game!
