Role-playing and your interactions with the world will obviously be core pillars of Cyberpunk 2077. CD Projekt Red has already made it clear that you'll be free to explore Night City at your leisure, but the developer wants players to be constantly taking their actions into consideration.
Speaking to Gamespot at Gamescom 2018, producer Richard Borzymowski hints at the kind of depth that the title's setting of Night City will have. "I don't want to overuse this too much but you never know what might happen [in Night City]," Borzymowski says. "This feeling, which will always be with the player, should make them think exactly about what they're doing, because everything could have consequences."
Of course, the developer's no stranger to reactive worlds. The Witcher 3 was full of quests and player choices that would shape future events. We imagine that Cyberpunk 2077 will attempt to take that kind of thing to the next level.

If you don't take enough toilet breaks, you risk crapping your pants during the high action scenes, causing humiliation, and you moving down in the social ranks where you're forced to live on the street in a cardboard Labo box for the rest of your playthrough.
@Octane I hope this part of the story makes it into the game...
