Map markers, health bars, objective indicators, loot notifications, damage numbers -- all of this stuff and more can be toggled on and off in Assassin's Creed Odyssey. As spotted by users over on Reddit, you'll be able to fully customise the open world title's HUD, setting it up to be as informative as you like.
This detail comes off the back of news that the game will feature two modes of play -- one that automatically shows quest markers, and one that leaves you to explore the world on your own. As we always say, it's nice to have options.
Which of these elements will you be turning off? Customise your experience in the comments section below.

It's like they listened to everything I said!
@NintendoFan4Lyf yeah I completely agree, though the only game I’ve played that recreates that feeling perfectly is BOTW, to be honest.
I hate it when open world games become “laundry lists” where you simply check objectives off a quest log, it defeats the purpose of being open world to me.
This is something I hope becomes common place in open world games it’s a simple but effective idea. I’m not completely against HUDs by any means but I’m replaying God of War without health bars and it’s a better experience in my opinion.
