There’s a lot to like about SWERY’s oddball English life-sim The Good Life, but it’s not without issues. As noted in our review, the game has some odd flickering environments on the PlayStation 5, which ruin the presentation when playing with backwards compatibility. That issue will be solved with the release’s next major patch.
Not only that, developer White Owls is also adding 60 frames-per-second support on Sony’s new-gen console, making it the best place to play the crowd-funded campaign. It’s always good to see post-release support like this, so if you haven’t already dipped into this curio, now may be the time to give it a try.

Finally! Fantastic news!
@residentmeevil Knew you'd be happy!
Now the flickering is gone, I might jump back in.
Too the editor "the good life" also runs at 60 fps on the series x and s consoles. "Not only that, developer White Owls is also adding 60 frames-per-second support on Sony’s new-gen console, making it the best place to play the crowd-funded campaign." Except its not is it.
