Ah, Christmas: a day of turkey, squabbles, and V-Bucks in gift cards. Knowing that countless kids will have a hole burning in their elaborate Back Bling this Xmas, Epic Games has sure brought the goods: Boba Fett is available now in the Fortnite Item Store for the big day. You can nab the iconic character for 1,500 V-Bucks, or you can get a bundle featuring the skin and his Z-6 Jetpack Back Bling, Gaffi Stick Pickaxe, and Starship Glider for 2,300 V-Bucks. The classic Imperial Stormtrooper skin and his Y-Wing Glider is also returning from Season 2 to cement the Star Wars theme on Christmas Day.
All in all, today’s Fortnite Item Store is absolutely jam-packed with goodies to celebrate the season, with the Spider-Man: No Way Home set still available, alongside the recent Matrix: Resurrections emotes as well. There are also dozens upon dozens upon dozens of Xmas themed outfits and items, both new and old. ‘Tis the season, folks!

Happy holidays all! 🎉
Ho ho ho-ba Fett
Just when I think i’m out they pull me back in
Im not thwt into Starwars and evrn less into Fortnite and even less into free to play games.
I don't play Fortnite but if I did I would be all over this, they really do smash it out of the park with regards to cross overs!
Merry Christmas all 🎅🤶
@lolwhatno For me F2P will always be something i dislike to much of their horrible things bled into the triple A games.
I wonder if a key plot point for the TV show will be hidden away in the game?
@Just2Milky I’m not on holiday I’m at home. Where we all should should be; at this time 🙏🏼with family and friends. 🎄 Merry Christmas all
I've never played this game, but I can't pretend all these recent events haven't got me intrigued. Might be worth giving it a shot this weekend..
Shame they didn’t bring back the other Star Wars skins too (Rey, Kylo, Finn, Sith Trooper & Zorii Bliss).
I’m hoping there will be an Anakin, Obi Wan, Vader skin when the new Obi Wan series comes out on Disney+ next year 😁
@Jslade
It’s a solid game. The fundamentals are very good. I’ve been playing it on and off for two years now on different platforms. Started on PS4, then Switch, now PS5. Game has gotten better with age.
I will forewarn you though. It’s a sweat fest. Like worse than Call of Duty or Battlefield. The skill gap between the sweat population, the general fans, and the casuals (I’d classify myself somewhere between general fan and casual) are greater than any other shooter I’ve played. It seems simple at first but it’s actually incredibly complicated to manage building, editing, and shooting together at the same time. I’ve been playing for two years and I can’t compete with sweats most of the time unless it’s just one of those rare pure shootouts where neither of us have enough material to build a lot.
When you run into a true sweat, you’ll know. They can build ten story structures in less than two seconds, they will trap you and edit different corners while keeping you from doing anything, and they make assault rifles look like sniper rifles with their accuracy. And that’s just the pad sweats. The mouse and keyboard sweats are ten times worse because this is a game where M&K really helps you out if you get good with it.
It’s a fun game. But the skill gap is insane. There are sweats and then there is everyone else. If you want to get to their level, you have to treat it like a full time job. I already have a full time job so I’ve resigned myself to only being average in all the games metric.
No interest in Fortnite but nice addition!
