Even more partners will be announced between now and the Summer Game Fest kick-off show on 9th June 2022. The question now becomes: what sort of announcements will each team have to share? Will Atlus have a Persona reveal? Will Capcom finally show off the Resident Evil Village DLC? What do SEGA and Square Enix have in store? The only way to find out is to tune in for all the Summer Game Fest showcases, or hope they get leaked beforehand.

If they don't announce Knack 3 during the Summer Game Fest, I will sell every PlayStation product I own.
Deathloop, of course.
😉
@HotGoomba that's the spirit!
PlayStation currently only has a couple of games confirmed for the pipeline. Them being at SGF is super exciting cuz we’re either getting an announcement, or info on Call of the Wild, Ragnarok, Spider-Man or Wolverine (tho those last 2 are very unlikely). Besides that, it’s a similar situation with Capcom where most potential announcements from them will likely be first looks, and I’m really hoping for a Persona 25th anniversary announcement from Atlus
Capcom:
Square:
Bloober Team:
Sega
Very interesting to see Bloober Team and Skybound Games on the list. These two, along with several others, have gotten my hype back up.
Weird to see Netflix instead of Nintendo
Should be interesting, gotta be at least one game that gets my attention.
ATLUS being there gives me hope for a Persona 4 Golden PS4 Port. Also whether at the State of Play or Summer Games Fest, I truly believe Resident Evil Village for PSVR2 will be announced. Probably a stretch but Bloober Team being there got me hoping those Silent Hill 2 Remake rumors are true. Surprised Studio MDHR are going to be there, guess we're getting some more Cuphead DLC News before it's release.
Netflix? Interesting what they could show that's relevant to gaming
@Deoxyr1bose - Correct me if I'm wrong but I doubt we're going to see anything from Spider-Man 2 or Wolverine, as I'm pretty sure someone at Insomniac said earlier this year that we shouldn't expect to see anything from Spider-Man 2 until the second half of 2022, and supposedly there's going to be another big PS-centric showcase in September, that's likely when we'll see Spider-Man 2.
@UltimateOtaku91 They release mobile games now. Even bought Night School Studio (Oxenfree).
@UltimateOtaku91 I think they'll show a trailer for the Sonic series, and maybe something about The Witcher. I don't know exactly which one, but I think it will be focused on the live action game series/movies.
@Gbarsotini didn't think witcher got a confirmed season 3 yet, so basically they will show something tv related, I thought they might have some game to reveal
@awp69 can't see mobile games going down well at that show
@UltimateOtaku91 Yeah, actually they're filming the third season right now, but I don't know if something will be shown, or if it will be TV related, it was just a hunch. But I think it makes sense.
@UltimateOtaku91 Netflix has released at least released one console game before. Stranger Thing 3: The Game. Like @awp69 said, they bought Night School Studio which is planning on releasing Oxenfree 2 this year, so we could probably get another trailer for that.
FF7 Remake part 2 please.
Where's Atari?
@RevGaming Releasing old games for 149,99:

To be fair, it´s a limited edition.. still..
@Col_McCafferty Can't wait for Deathloop trailer number 383928
@Gbarsotini
Was joking but damn

Bandai Namco - Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Movies DLC
Bloober Team - Silent Hill 2 VR (exclusive to Oculus Quest)
Capcom - Street Fighter 6 roaster (8 characters to honor the classic SF2, but none of the classics except Ryu, but he's old now)
Coffee Stain - GOAT Simulator Ultimate
Deep Silver - Dying Light Retro
Devolver Digital - Trek to Yomi Colored DLC
Digital Extremes - Warframe Story Expansion (2 hours long, you need to be in the endgame to play it)

Level Infinite - Z Rising v1.0 (Vampires replaced by Zombies)
Mediatonic - Fall Guys x Lizzie crossover
MiHoYo - ok, more Genshin Impact waifus, no issue here
Netflix - Stranger Things Season 4 ***** mobile game

Raw Fury - Townscaper story mode (will win Game Of The Summer award)

Steam - Steamdeck Pro (available winter 2026)
Studio MDHR - Cuphead the Animated Series season 2
Tribeca Festival - Oxenfree android version
Warner Bros Games - Gotham Knight delayed to 2023
Xbox - Halo Infinite 2
I am 99% sure the ending of the show is a God of War gameplay demo. It makes total sense...last year they ended with Elden Ring and everyone lost their minds and see how well that worked out for the devs..
Silent Hill please by Bloober. Lots to show next week I'm really looking forward to seeing more of. Hopefully we get quite a few new reveals too across Game Fest and Xbox's showcase.
@UltimateOtaku91 Netflix just announced a digital version of Exploding Kittens (the rather successful card game) is coming to Netflix Games (I believe that means mobile games available to Netflix subscribers at no additional cost). There’s probably more announcements like that.
Geoff's events never end up being as good as the hype, but that's quite some list. There's bound to be some great announcements featured.
I'm still confused as to what the SGF schedule actually is. The first year didn't it span like 3 months at random times? Is it more focused now like E3?
@NEStalgia There's a big event on June 9th which is your normal Geoff Keighley show like Game Awards, Gamescom Opening Night Live and last year's Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live.
Meanwhile other events over the summer that aren't hosted by Geoff Keighley are under the Summer Game Fest banner like Thursday's State of Play.
Might have to watch it there's quite a few publishers that's games I like I just hope it's not majority generic live service crap
Capcom.sega.warner brothers.playstation.studio mdhr.square enix. Etc. Interesting.word up son
Q : What games do you want out of this list of studios and publishers?
Me : More upcoming kids games for PS4 / PS5 !
@Anti-Matter Activision will probably just be showing mw2 wish they'd announce spyro 4 though
@Would_you_kindly
Wish for new Spyro game on PS5 or the reprint of Spyro Reignite d Trilogy on PS5 with All three games in one disc since looking for CTR + Spyro PS4 was really hard.
I usually don't much care but in another awful year of politics, war and monkey pox I'm looking forward to it.
@Grumblevolcano Definitely sounds like an unfollowable mess, still
Was really hoping to see Striking Distance on this list as I hope The Callisto Protocol is shown at the show but maybe they will be added later?
That Bloober is listed amongst those huge hitters all but confirms their involvement in something Silent Hill related.
days gone 2 👍 yes im serious days gone did better than ghost of tsushima. ( i do like ghost of Tsushima) but holy doughnuts batman days gone deserves a moody sequel! This is my camp! so on an so forth. hell i wana bring down a bear bigger than a bus ( their meant to grow bigger ) and see where nero takes us lol
Not particularly holding out for anything to exciting. God of war is probably the most interesting.
This is great news! I'm gonna try and keep my expectations low though, won't be mad/upset if nothing I want shows (or not everything).
@somnambulance Nintendo's never been a part of Summer Games Fest, they just happen to always present their June Nintendo Direct the same "launch week" as Xbox's showcase.
@Olmaz You got a proper guffaw at 'EA - FIFA 22 special Stade de France thugs DLC'. LOL
