Those of you who missed the first wave of PSVR2 pre-orders may want to check your inboxes, as Sony has sent out a fresh wave of invites around Europe today. If you received one, you’ll have a short window of time to visit the PS Direct website and purchase the PS5’s next-gen headset. You won’t be charged until the headset ships, but you may temporarily see a holding charge on your account while the platform holder checks you have the requisite funds available.
You can purchase the headset standalone or bundled with a digital copy of Horizon Call of the Mountain; there are also some accessories available, like a charging dock for the PSVR2 Sense Controllers. We’d expect more pre-order opportunities to emerge in the lead up to launch – the Japanese giant is apparently stockpiling two million systems for 22nd February, 2023 – so we’re not expecting it to be impossible to find.

I thought it was all sold out too this morning when I clicked the link, but then realised I had to log in. Once I did, it showed I could order a headset, bundle and charging dock.
Got my invite this morning and preordered the Horizon bundle and the charging dock.

@EquiinoxGII I just preordered 5 minutes ago with no issues so it's definitely not sold out just yet. I didn't buy the Horizon bundle though, just the headset and charger.
Got my invitation today, but I‘m still not convinced by the launch lineup. What shall I do?

@KaijuKaiser Was being sarcastic. 🙂 I remember when the first batch of pre-order invites went out someone commented saying they were only getting one to sell on. I hope a lot of people that do that lose a lot of money with the PSVR2. Unlike a console it's a nice to have not a must have.

If still not convinced by Feb 10th just cancel it. No harm done in getting your spot in line today.

Literally only signed up the other day and got the email ...and I impulsively bought it incase it's a ps5 scenario again and they are hard to get a hold of
I got the email at 10am this morning and only just realised and clicked onit at 7.30pm and got one fine...so don't know what's going on with people saying they are sold out...if you got an email invite it should be fine if you sign in
Yea good luck getting one! I've had 2 invites and sold out as always. Scalpers will be selling these for £1000 and gamers will be waiting for ages.

I was lucky back in 2020 to preorder a ps5 console, getting it on launch day, yet some of my friends still can't find one to this day!

@Agramonte yeah we get charged upon dispatch here in the UK, I got mine on the first run with Horizon and the charger and can't wait, I had a lot of fun with the original PSVR and this looks to be a lot better

I’m waiting for Gamestop. I want a retail warranty and I also just don’t like making these kinds of purchases online.
I just ordered mine from PlayStation Direct website (in UK). No invite required (I didn't get an invite).
@Terry12 they've not been sold out for anyone,you just have to log into your psn account and refresh and they come up for sale.Everyone has had the same problem
This is the future. Honestly. If you are pushing forty and/or just getting bored of gaming, you aren’t growing out of it, you just need this. Feel like a kid again. Feel that wonder. Get VR.
I’ve got an invite but I’m not entirely sure I want to preorder. Games haven’t convinced me yet plus I feel they ditched the old one

@thefourfoldroot1 40 ,even my 75 year old mother was astounded by this ,she did nearly have a heart attack as I made her play the kitchen, on her first ever trip into the beyond.

@thefourfoldroot1 That's exactly right. VR is like the first time I ever saw a Master System game running or, years later, an original PlayStation title like Ridge Racer or Tekken.
It has become iterative evolution since then, which is fine. But VR brings back that forgotten sense of awe and wonder.

@Styledvinny79 they supported it for 6 years...not a lot of 1st party I agree but they were still paying for exclusive games like moss 2 and wanderer in 2022
And moss book 1&2 announced today for psvr2(well you can get 1&2 together in a deluxe edition)no word yet on free upgrade for previous owners of either game
Just got my pre order in now 😁. Not sure if i will go through with it yet, going to wait until end of jan and decide then. Probably will go through with it though 😁. Got the horizon bundle.
