Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Deck 13 have announced a delay for their upcoming action RPG, Atlas Fallen. This comes shortly after a successful public showing, with the first gameplay unveiled as well as new screenshots and previews.
The game looks pretty promising, but the team wants to give it a little more time in the oven. The game, planned for launch 16th May, will now arrive on 10th August. In a statement on social media, Deck 13 has made the delay to "give the game some extra time which will allow us to deliver the best possible version of Atlas Fallen".
In the meantime, the studio plans to show more of the game in "early summer", including "new gameplay footage and your first look at drop-in co-op gameplay". Additionally, Atlas Fallen will launch with a German audio option as well as English.
Delays are largely accepted as a good thing these days, and the game already looks pretty good, so we have high hopes this will deliver. Are you excited for this one? Fall into the comments section below.

So this year we're getting Atlas Fallen, from the developers of Lords of the Fallen, not to be confused with Lords of the Fallen, previously The Lords of the Fallen, that is the actual sequel to Lords of the Fallen, from a different developer, also coming out this year?
I'm confused, do all of these have Gerard Butler in them?
They were reminded that Zelda is out in May, I guess
August already booked for me with Baulders Gate 3. And those with Xbox get Starfield. Rough month to launch.
Co-op you say? 🤔
Might have to research this title more.

I'm interested in this game but once diablo 4 drops thats pretty much the rest of the year taken...
@DrClayman Focus Entertainment is just the publisher.
Atlus Fallen's developer is Deck 13, while Lords of the Fallen (2) is being worked on by CI Games.
