What're ya buyin'? Turns out you're all buying Resident Evil 4. Yes, Capcom's latest remake has brought the franchise back to the top of the UK's physical games chart, making a number one debut. Most of the physical copies sold were on PS5 (73 per cent). It's a strong start for the highly acclaimed title.
Elsewhere, Hogwarts Legacy remains a steady seller in second place, while last week's numero uno, WWE 2K23, falls to fourth. The remainder of the top 10 is about what you'd expect; FIFA 23 remains in third, while God of War Ragnarok and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare swap places, moving from sixth to eighth and vice versa. Everyone's favourite, Grand Theft Auto V, has also crept back in at number nine.
Here's the latest top 10 in full.

Very nice. One of the greatest games ever made. I originally played it on the Gamecube, and it was such a big deal during the time, and rightfully so. Really glad it is still a big deal today. Chuffed for Capcom as always. Well done lads!
I may have bought slightly more than 1 copy
The OG RE4 is one of the greatest games ever made, and the Remake somehow tops it. My expectations were met, and my hype was well warranted. When games like this come out like this, it makes me glad I was excited for a game. Even with all the duds.
GTA still selling? How? Why is Monster Hunter Rise not on the list? That's a good game.
