In a move that feels like it's going to be a thing moving forward, players of free-to-play footbrawler Omega Strikers will have access to all playable characters immediately, provided they have an active PS Plus subscription.
Omega Strikers is a 3v3 online multiplayer game (available on PS5, coming to PS4) in which teams fight to score by sending the Core into the opposing team's goal. It looks fun, with nice art and distinctive characters, each with unique abilities. Actually, top-down Overwatch isn't a bad touchstone here in terms of presentation (albeit on a smaller scale).
How do you feel about PS Plus subscribers having access to all Strikers right out of the gate? As a free-to-play title, real money can be spent by other players in order to do the same, which could be argued kind of evens the playing field. We might need to ponder this one further; let us know how you feel in the comments section below.

What a neat idea, I'm surprised nobody thought of it before.
Highly recommend checking the game out. It's super fun and fast and I hope that it's future is nice and bright
To quote an old Guinness commercial, "Brilliant!"! 👍🏼
I played and its really good.
We pay for PS+ so these aren't free
Honestly I might check this game out now for that. Does it have cross play? Scrolling the Twitter this game has some really pretty fan art like really nice character designs all around.
