17 new PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium games will be made available on Tuesday, but don't forget that is the same day a separate 10 titles will be saying their goodbyes. Games on the two tiers of the service are no longer playable once they depart, so unless you buy them, you'll lose access to the following on Tuesday:
- Borderlands 3 (PS5, PS4)
- Nidhogg (PS4)
- DCL - The Game (PS4)
- Yakuza 0 (PS4)
- Yakuza Kiwami (PS4)
- Yakuza Kiwami 2 (PS4)
- GRIP (PS4)
- The Crew 2 (PS4)
- 8-Bit Armies (PS4)
- Carmageddon: Max Damage (PS4)
Browsing the list, the three Yakuza games are the most standout departures along with Borderlands 3. It's worth remembering, though, that the Yakuza series is regularly discounted in PS Store sales, so you may want to hang fire for a little bit if you wish to continue a playthrough. Your save data will still be there once you regain access.
Are you currently playing any of these titles through PS Plus? Let us know in the comments below.

Damn it, I’m just going to buy the Yakuza games. I don’t want to deal with it potentially flip flopping back and forth from the service. They’re too good not to own anyways. I do own 0, 1 & 7 though. So that’s a good start. Played them all though
@Kidfried True, I bought it, 0 and the Remastered Coll., all very cheap after they announced the removal. The sales always returns.
Yeah, the Yakuza games are almost always on sale, in one form or another, and for pretty damn cheap, too.
@Kidfried Yes, they are all huge if we try everything they have to offer. I just finished the main story of 0, and already clocked 60h.
8 bit armies tries it's best to be a command & conquer game, if anyone has nostalgia for that. Might be worth checking out before it leaves the service.
Boo! No easy plats like that last couple of months.
@Kidfried Kiwami 2 is my 2nd favorite Yakuza game (I just love Like A Dragon so much) and my favorite one that’s a “beat ‘em up”. It’s so friggen good. Loved it so much I platinum’ed it. Even with doing that, I want to make sure I have it in my library! So I 100% agree haha
I hope they keep Far Cry 6 for some time, just started it.
@sop I loved it for the first hour or so, indifferent for the next couple, bored stiff after that.
It's like the review here said, it IS the best Far Cry game imo, but open worlds, mindless AI and too many alternatives that aren't a clone of the other 5 of these made it all meh for me.
Perfect for Extra though, tried and dropped with curiosity sated and no buyers remorse. You'll probably complete it or drop it well before they take it off.
And the pet crocodile is cute.
@Gamer_Guy thanks, I love Cuba and this game played with latin America Spanish language is a blast from the virtual tourist point of view. As an Italian, that mission with "Bella Ciao" as soundtrack will stay with me for long time... Gameplay is usual ubisoft/farcry comfort food, I imagine it getting boring fast indeed..
