Good news, gacha fans: Zenless Zone Zero, the upcoming urban fantasy gacha from juggernaut developer HoYoverse, will receive a Technical Test on the PS5 in the very near future. This is important because it marks the first time the title will be playable on Sony’s new-gen system, suggesting it may launch simultaneously with its PC and mobile counterparts. Previously, fans of Honkai: Star Rail were made to wait several months for the console release.
Sign ups will be available between 10th April and 17th April, and you can find more information on the title’s official website. The game itself still doesn’t have a release date, although an Amplifying Test is being plotted for PC and mobile, which is expected to be the last proper beta before release. Expect the game to officially launch later this year.

"Good news, gacha fans" Are there actually any fans of the gacha elements?
I get that games like Genshin Impact or HSR are good games because of the gameplay, exporation, characters, story etc but certainly not because one has to spent a lot of money/grind alot to get new charaters
@mariomaster96 There definitely are people who enjoy the gacha.
I believe that sub-species of human is called "Whale"
The two Hoyoverse games on PS5 so far are amazing and well-balanced just as a F2P experience.
Exploring a complicated urban environment is way more fun than a fantasy or science fiction.
HoYoverse is making a but load of money off of Sony PC and mobile. Probably more mobile than anything else.
Too many of these games. I heard they can be huge time sink but idk which I'd want to get into now.
Genshin? Tower of fantasy? Star rail? Zen zone?
@GrandValkyrie Non friend. Play some proper games
