Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess has always seemed like a pretty hard sell on a surface level, but if you give the gameplay footage a fair shake, this Capcom action title definitely shows promise. What's more, it'll be here before you know it, as a 19th July release date has just been confirmed via the game's latest trailer.
This could be a case of strong reviews and word of mouth doing a lot of heavy lifting, then, but what do you think of Kunitsu-Gami? Protect the priestess in the comments section below.

Looks like just another vehicle for Capcom to hock microtranactions
It pretty much is still a hard sell, this game doesn't look like something from capcom and doesn't really appeal to me.
I dunno what yall talking bout, this is day one for me. Was day one since first trailer. This and College Football 25 on the same day, buying both.
@Enuo I don't know if it will have microtransactions, it just looks like a low budget indie title.
I'm absolutely intrigued by this game just by the art direction alone.
I am very down for the larger companies to make weird titles! It is getting harder and harder for companies to justify games that aren't safe bets, so I want to try stuff like this out while I still can.
@UltimateOtaku91 This game look like a Capcom game for me, feels like Onimusha x Okami had a child sprinkle with some unique stuff. And can you name me low budget indie title that looks similar like this and also looks gorgeous? I want to check them and maybe buy it too.
Anyway. Wait, did i see PS4 in the trailer? And next month too?! Yes thank you Capcom :3
I hope people buy this game, especially for the ones who said they wants more unique-experimental games and less AAA-open world-cinematic games. Walk the walk and not just talk the talk.
This is day one for me as well.
Capcom has been killing it and this game just exudes style and personality to me.
This looks so amazingly weird.
Looks amazing and it's from the team that made Shinsekai so I will likely be there day one for this. Wish there was a physical version.
Still on my radar, but I'll need to watch some let's plays and reviews once the game is out to see if this is really something for me or not.
