I hope someone within Rocksteady is compiling all documents, emails, etc. they can find and hiding them away for future generations, because this game's spectacular failure should be studied for decades to come.

The playercount on Steam went as low as 48. 48 Concurrent players. There was a day where the peak playercount was just 100. This game took 7 years and 200 millions bucks to make. And what did it net Rocksteady and WB? Unlimited ridicule.

EDIT; also worth noting that they made a point of dissing Harley's Akrham Knight outfit in the base game, yet have now gotten so desperate to recoup some of the losses that they're now going to sell it in the in-game shop. With some alterations, of course, because the Arkham Knight version was obviously waaaaaaaaaay too revealing for this set of devs to approve of.

Her outfit was detailed, realistic and very flushed out animation wise like everything else in Arkham Knight. The game still looks better and more detailed than most PS5 games by far. Yet this new and fake Rocksteady made a generational downgrade to its successor and they dare to say such things. Crazy

This game’s reputation is battered and bruised. I feel like this is going to do nothing for the people who lost interest and only galvanise the anti-woke crowd.

Just be done with it WB. Rocksteady are now wasting their time and effort. You've got to imagine that the longer the situation is allowed to persist, more and more talented devs who worked on the Arkham games will jump ship, exacerbating the rot at the studio. Get them back on quality content before they get bored.

Well at least they won't have people attacking them for making Mrs freeze too attractive..maybe should ignore those people and take a page out of steller blades book

@WhiteRabbit SBI have been knocking it out of the park with their collaboration. Look at Forspoken, SS: KTJL, Tales of Kenzera: ZAU and l’m sure Flintlock: Siege of Dawn will be just a big a hit as Forspoken or Suicide Squad. Not sure why they were so worried about SBI detected curator list as their fans can peruse it for more of the games they were involved with……Or maybe they realise that their involvement is the kiss of death to games?

They also worked on GoW Ragnarok and Spider-Man 2, both of which have sold incredibly well and are critically acclaimed.

On their website it shows who all they’ve worked with and you know who isn’t there? Square Enix, the same people that made Forspoken. While they were consulted on it, SE ultimately ignored their advice and the game flopped. Maybe they should have listened instead.

I wonder how much longer this game can hold out. I still hold out hope Rocksteady can come back from this with a new game but no doubt the deck is stacked against them.
