We’ve seen the single player campaign in action. We know all about the returning Zombies mode. So now it’s time to learn about Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s chaotic multiplayer suite. For now, it’s just a montage trailer, but boy does it look like a return to form! There’ll be 16 all-new maps available at launch on 25th October, and you can see some of them in the trailer embedded above.

The new omni-movement mechanic seems like a big deal for this year’s shooter, giving you an almost acrobatic level control of your body positioning. Presumably that will open up new gameplay possibilities, as you leap and slide into position like a 90s action movie hero. All in all, this is shaping up to be the most robust Call of Duty in quite some time – and yes, Prestige Master is back.
