Square Enix has revealed the next PowerWash Simulator mess in need of tidying, and it's probably the most vile-smelling of all: the fairytale swamp of the antisocial and highly territorial ogre Shrek. This one has no firm release date but expect it sometime in autumn.
PowerWash's Shrek Special Pack promises five fantastical maps to scrub, with Shrek's Swamp and the Dragon's Lair the first to be revealed. There is, of course, a suit of protective plate armour for you to wear while doing so, with the customary inclusion of a new outfit. It was recently the game's second "Washer-versary", with some free goodies provided in celebration.
Will you be returning to PowerWash Simulator to muck out Shrek's disgusting outhouse and pay for the privilege? Let us know how far you'd be willing to go in the immaculate comments section below.

I’m waiting on PSVR2 support to play this game and purchase the DLC’s. I feel I may be waiting a long time.
Anyone know if they fixed the buggy trophies? I beat the final level but don't want to replay it since it took like 2 hours
@Americansamurai1 It has been fixed apparently but you may need to replay. I’m still missing the gold rating trophy.
@Americansamurai1 my friend, I had to wipe out progress (in game options) and had to replay whole career to recieve final trophy...
I was only 9 years old.......
@djlard I'll think I'll just miss out on the remaining trophies lol some of those levels took hours to complete. Thanks for letting me know.
@IamJT thanks for letting me know.
@Americansamurai1 Second walkthru took me significantly less time with this strategy. Buy only second washing pistol and longest extension, ignore all other purchases until you have enough stars and money for last pistol.
@djlard might be a Christmas time replay, play it listening to podcasts or music maybe
@PSNChaoz The problem with the PSVR2 release I think, is the Meta release is self published by the devs, while Squeenix publishes everywhere else. Clearly Squeenix doesn't want to touch VR and the devs probably aren't interested in the costs outside Meta. There's no VR on PC either. There's also only Back to the Future, Sponge Bob, and Alice packs on Meta, so I bet it doesn't get Shrek.
Ngl, I did not expect a shrek crossover
