It's a big week for new releases, so we've got a pretty mammoth WAYP for you this weekend. Of course, we're expecting all of you to be extremely active while you work your way through all of the new releases, too.
Echo Apsey
I'll be hopping into Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2's multiplayer this weekend which I tried when the game went live and had a lot of fun with. I'll also be checking out Astro Bot once my Concord refund comes in.
Issy van der Velde
This weekend I'll be playing Solar Crown (as much as the busted servers will let me, anyway). My girlfriend is from Hong Kong and we're both missing it there so she's coming over to see how well it can scratch that nostalgia itch.
Khayl Adam
This weekend I’ll be diving into Space Marine 2 multiplayer with a vengeance, taking advantage of the fact the community is still brand-new for some easy kills. Failing that, I’m picking at Trails through Daybreak incredibly slowly. Good times ahead!
Liam Croft
I've got Astro Bot, Warzone, and a bit of the Black Ops 6 beta on the docket for the weekend.
Robert Ramsey
It's too many games and not enough time for me this weekend, but if I do stumble upon a spare few hours, I'll either be jumping straight into Astro Bot, or stomping back to Space Marine 2. Talk about extremes!
Sammy Barker
I'm splitting my time between writing the NBA 2K25 PS5 guide and following Stephen's excellent Astro Bot PS5 guide. So much gaming!

This weekend will be exciting for me as I entered the world of VR, and my first experience was to find a way to conquer motion sickness And I can gladly say that now I can play with smooth movement without wanting to puke!
So, I am playing one of my favorite games EVER Half-Life 2 but in VR! I am about to enter the buggy section of the game! Short sessions in VR is the key to enjoyment!
In the meantime, I will continue with Resident Evil Village and Skyward Sword
Happy gaming everyone!!!
@Zuljaras Awesome! VR is amazing, enjoy!
Is this a serious question ?
This weekend it's NieR Replicant ver. 1.22 etc. for me. It's taken an hour or two for it to click, but I'm starting to really enjoy it now (once a certain book turns up, things get a lot more fun). And that soundtrack is a bit alright, isn't it?!!!
Unfortunately I don't own a PS5 yet (helping my eldest through uni has put a big dent in my gaming budget), so can't jump on the Astro Bot train, but having read the reviews, I'm jealous of those playing it this weekend. Happy gaming all.
Astro Bot of course. I'm off tomorrow and going to really dive in with my pretty new controller.
Son and Bone, Astro Bot, Monster Jam Showdown (PS5).
All really good
Astro What? Vampire Survivors is where it's at.
Black Myth Wukong chapter 4 after being stuck on chapter 3 end boss for hours. Also got Famicom Detective Club and Ace Attorney Investigations on Switch
Finishing up Sonic Superstars and moving on to Stellar Blade: Really enjoyed this past week with 2D Sonic surprisingly enough. Difficult to master (especially in the later zones) but every time I make an error, I know it's my fault and more often than not I manage at least a B.
Stellar Blade has of course received rave reviews and the demo was quite fun, so I look forward to it.
I am playing the brilliant Alien: Isolation again. That encounter with the 4 humans an hour or so in is still a real hump to get over, but you quickly get a revolver, some schematics and the motion detector afterwards and things get a lot more manageable.
@get2sammyb it really is. I was so damn skeptical about it! Now I see how fun it is! There are communities that make wonders in VR.
First to the key, first to the egg!!!
Week off for me, so that means a rare weekend to do nothing but game! I'll mostly be playing Star Wars Outlaws and Astro Bot. Really enjoying both. Astro Bot is an absolute joy.
@GoodGame How is Son and Bone?
A couple of games started and/or tried since last week 🙂
Astro Bot - Holy hell this is going to be an awesome game, I’ve had a big smile on my face every second I’ve been playing 🤩 Its like a dream combo of Sackboy and Mario but better! Amazing!
Star Wars Outlaws - I was really on the fence about this game but after reading a lot of reviews and watching some videos I decide to get it and I must say Im really enjoying it and having a lot of fun. The Star Wars feeling is great, love running around different settlements and cities, cantinas etc and taking it all in. Nixx is a nice companion, I like that hes more than a cute dog/cat thing but is also useful when playing and solving some of the puzzles or how to open doors etc. Exloration is pretty standard but fun and rewarding, especially in space. The game also looks great imo. The gameplay however feels dated and like a big step backwards in many regards. Shooting isnt great, neither is stealth, AI is pretty stupid and has to be cause otherwise stealth would always fail, spacebattles feels good though and the story and missions are good enough. The cardgame Sabacc is great fun!
All in all I would probably give it a strong 7/10 or a weak 8/10 and can recommend it if you like these kind of games.
Harry Potter - Quidditch - a bit meh. Dont see myself spending too much time with this game. Maybe should have been a part of Hogwarts Legacy instead.
Space Trucker - Wanted a relaxing game but this isnt quite scratching that itch for me. Still, might make a delivery every now and then.

Astro Astro Bot!
With some no man’s sky as don’t want to rush through Astro.
Maybe a game of AoE Mythology too if I get the time.
I’m fighting the urge to buy Astrobot as I have too many games unfinished. Instead I'm gonna finish Dragons Dogma 2.
Got Astro Bot today but I'll probably start it tomorrow or on Monday as I'm in the final 2-3 stages of Jeanne D'arc and want to finish it. Great game but a little silly how the end chapter requires you to grind so much.
It is very funny but around 45 days back I bought Jeanne D'arc, Robocop and The Sexy Brutale on sale thinking they were all short and could be beaten before Astro Bot.
I was wrong. Ended up going for the platinum with Robocop and Jeanne D'arc is longer than I expected for a PSP game. Sexy Brutale will have to wait.
Same same. Hunting & crafting in MH Rise Sunbreak & World Iceborne. Still looking for a Rathalos Mantle in Iceborne just for the pinkish Corona s&s tsk.
@Duck_Farmer original sin 2 is the better divinity game by a country mile. Imo it's better than Baldurs Gate 3 as well.
Gynoug / Wings of Wor
Astro Bot and maybe a bit of Black Ops 6 beta in the unlikely event I need a break.
Like many others, it's Astro Bot. Absolutely loving it!
I wanted a happy fun weekend so had to play Astro Bot.
We're all loving it. It's endlessly inventive and just a pleasure to play
Astrobot. Just finished the PS1 world. It’s a blast. It was a day 1 preorder for me and I am so so happy with this purchase.
Astro Bot Rescue Mission Astro's Playroom Beat Saber (PCVR) Gori Cuddly Carnage Squirrel with a Gun Resident Evil 4 Remake and Resident Evil Village. I will be playing Astro Bot on PS5 too but I feel like playing Rescue Mission on PSVR again and Astro's Playroom which I never actually bothered with before. Considering the praise it gets I'm curious to see what that game is like for myself.
I want to start Astrobot but I am deep into Outlaws which I am really enjoying, loads to do, I have no idea when I will get to Space Marine 2. 1st world problems and that!
@breakneck I loved getting the Robocop platinum, brilliant game, captures the feel of the movie really well.
happy gaming everyone
The only thing that’s pushed the Vampire Survivors music out of my head is the Astrobot music. Almost 100%-ed the first Galaxy, and a bit of the Lost Galaxy. It’s making me want to go back and play Playroom too. Still need a bit of VS as a palette cleanser though (you say Potato, I say Poe Ratcho, let’s call the whole thing off)
Have a great weekend folks!
I’m on holiday with the wife and kids, but when we go back home I will be playing astrobot
I will continued playing one of the best underated video games ever made in the excellent kingdom of amalur re reckoning.i will also continued be playing one of best video games trilogy ever in the amazing mass effect legendary edition.im almost at the end of mass effect 1.and i will be continued playing one of the best rps ever in 2014 game of the year winner dragon age inquisition game of the year edition.i will be watching my Pittsburgh Steelers 💛🖤play.the nfl 🏈 season has started.i will be watching legendary sitcoms tv 📺 comedy shows in good times.family matters.the Jeffersons.sanford and son.and saved by the bell.word up son
@Mostik yeah I thought it'll just be a fun way to kill some time but they actually had me quite invested in the world and characters and getting Wellers back to voice Robo was incredible.
This weekend, I find myself diving deeper into Black Myth: Wukong—a game that’s captivated me more than any other title this year, even more than Dragon’s Dogma 2. Even after completing one full playthrough, I’m now embarking on New Game Plus, something I rarely do unless I’m truly hooked.
When I first started playing Black Myth: Wukong, I didn’t expect it to become my Game of the Year (GOTY), but now, I can’t imagine any other title taking the crown. The depth, boss encounters, and the incredible combat system have all made it a standout experience. I’ve already finished one playthrough, where I managed to unlock every secret area and boss fight—including a secret, God of War-style ending—without using a guide. I’m still amazed at how I managed that! Despite this, I’m looking forward to relying on a guide for my NG+ playthrough, as I aim for the coveted platinum trophy.
What sets Black Myth: Wukong apart for me is the sheer immersion. The world feels alive with mysteries waiting to be uncovered, and the combat constantly challenges me in the best way possible. One moment, in particular, that truly blew me away was stumbling upon the optional Yellow Loong boss fight. It was nighttime, and I found myself battling this massive creature on a ragged cliffside under the light of the moon. The way the lightning from Yellow Loong’s attacks lit up the sky created a thrilling, almost cinematic atmosphere. There are countless moments like this scattered throughout the game, especially if you take the time to explore.
At the same time, I’ve been alternating with Ys: Memories of Celceta on my trusty Vita, which has proven to be a delightful surprise. Having already played and platinumed Ys VIII, my first introduction into this storied franchise, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy Memories of Celceta more, but surprisingly, I do—especially in terms of the story and the characters. The game has a light-hearted charm that’s kept me smiling, and on more than one occasion, I’ve found myself laughing out loud at the dialogue and character interactions.
What really makes this game shine is its sense of adventure. The world feels vast, with lush forests, ancient ruins, and a rich, mystical atmosphere that makes exploration rewarding. Sure, there are a few frustrating mechanics like the limited fast travel early on, but by mid-game, this is resolved, and the flow of the game really picks up. I also found the upgrade system to be a bit clunky at times, but these minor issues don’t detract from the overall experience. I’m aiming for the platinum trophy in this one too, hopefully before Ys: Nordics drops next month.
Coming up, I’ll be diving into Space Marine 2, a game that looks absolutely stellar with its intense, action-packed battles in a futuristic setting. I’ve also picked up Astro Bot, which I’m excited to explore with my daughter once I’m done with my current adventures. This has been a sensational year for gaming.
As I am a huge Warhammer fan, Space Marine 2 obviously! It's a bit of a shame you play as the bad guys supporting the corpse emperor but maybe we'll see Black Legion dlc in the future. A man can dream..
I am most distressed to find out that my game of the generation, Concord has been somehow taken offline, so I WONT be playing that this weekend after all! 😱
All jokes aside, I’m playing AstroBot and God of War Ragnarok! Both awesome games!!
Not a lot. I own an Xbox.
🌞On hols in Lanzarote, back Monday with Astro Bot waiting for me, cant wait. Also itching for some more Vampire Survivors and Valfaris: Mecha Therion (which is an excellent shmup btw)
Rocking out with my AstroBot out!
I should finish Little Nightmares 2, play a few rounds of Vampire Survivors, and make some progress in Disco Elysium. I don’t usually have 3 games going at one time, but I seem to be juggling them ok
I ordered astrobot and the astro controller from two small online retailers, videogameplus and Walmart, both shipped on release day so the game won’t be here till Monday so I’ll be playing dead space remake on the 5. Sims 4 on my lappytop and control on the desktop.
@breakneck Glad you enjoyed it buddy, I did something similar and platinumed Prince of Persia The Lost Crown to kill time prior to Outlaws coming out and it ended up easily being one of my GOTY!
Enjoy your weekend and Astro when you get there 🎮
@Zuljaras welcome to the world of VR! Glad u soldiered on and saw that you will adjust in no time.
Baldur's Gate 3, Star Wars Outlaws and Astro Bot this weekend. Outlaws is good fun but I did have a couple of crashes. BG3 is just an epic game really and hard to put down. Haven't started Astro Bot yet but I know that'll be good.
@Bentleyma It's actually really good. Finishing moves etc. Love it
Astro Bot, been a long time coming this year from Sony but a delightful gameplay, 94 meta.
Amazing game, runs 60fps and hits 4K sometimes. Zero bugs so far and faultless controls.
Now why can’t the rest of worlds developers get it right on day of release or at all.
Hang on like I’ve been saying for years the answer.
Just like Nintendo. Developing games for one target device, their own console.
Must be brilliant for developers to have that, one device make that game sing and be perfect on release.
marvel spider man for me today as it’s the 6th year anniversary since it released and hopefully if it arrives Astro bot have a great weekend everyone
For me, this week:
Happy weekend everyone! Over here it's one more day of 30 celcius.. after that it's back to the lower 20's - finally. Can't wait for autumn to officially start!
Will be playing BioShock 2 and Child of Light on PS5. Great games that complement each other, as whenever I'm tired of too much action or too much "relaxing gameplay", I can just play the other game.
Finally started my Final Fantasy VII Rebirth journey, and Astro Bot. Both are just superb thus far. Happy gaming!
Astrobot for me!
Final Fantasy XIII - considering it’s so hated, I’m enjoying the hell out of it. Hit Gran Pulse yesterday and busting out the monster hunts atm.
@colonelkilgore probably helps a lot going in with such low expectations, but it was not what was expected back at launch! I’d love to give it another go if they ever give me the means to on a modern PlayStation console, though.
I'm going to be catching up on some much needed Sleep after work today. But should the moment present it self ill be continuing Unicorn Overlord. I bought the game and I'm about 25hrs in and it's great!
Hope everyone is having fun this weekend particularly the Astrobot Enjoyers! 😃
@TimeDelayedGamer Enjoy! And definitely play Nier:Automata after this, if you haven’t already. One of the best games ever made.
Sea of Stars on GP, lovely game!
@colonelkilgore Awesome! That Oerba music! (You'll know it when you get there)
I could say Astro Bot, but I have to be realistic and say that I’ll be watching my son play Astro Bot and potentially play the hard parts.
More Aeterna Noctis for me. This must be one of the most underrated Metroidvanias I've yet encountered. It plays like Castlevania in the art style of Hollow Knight with the platforming of Super Meat Boy. Some of the platforming bits are really tough though, so I can see why some wouldn't have the patience for it.
It's got some funny easter eggs too, like the remains of this poor adventurer I came across:
@Zuljaras Congrats on VR! Skyrim VR + Mad God's Overhaul when?
It's wukong for me. Not much of anything else really to be honest. Have a great weekend people 👍
Slowly building my Bot army ready to take over the Game Awards, presumably. When 300 are amassed we shall march on towards Geoff Keighly and flatten him into the ground
I will perhaps dabble with Astro's Playroom as I hear it is an excellent live service game.
Also: I started on the PS5-version of Final Fantasy 7, the first game, and I noticed that it has its own set of trophies and it honestly feels like a different game from what I first played. The city is more immersive and the game's characters are much more interesting because of the quality of facial expressions and so much more. Talk about sleeping on a game (you played once in 1997 and once in 2019?)
Also, I will play X-COM 2. It is a live servicey game because every season is different. You don't get the same map twice.
And Baldur's Gate 3 is a game I have to finish. Somehow, despite all its praise, I am not too impressed by the main story and I feel there's issues with pacing. I love the game though, and I know every playthrough will be vastly different🤩
@Perturbator I have put some games on my Steam wishlist and just waiting for discounts. Skyrim VR is one of them!
The video game time will be spent playing the Sand Land video game for the PlayStation made by Sony
We have our nieces staying over. So the eldest and myself will be finally be finishing It takes Two. We have only played a stage each time she has been. So will get that finished tonight!
Jealous of all you guys playing Astrobot. Enjoy!
Star Wars Outlaws
Still playing it. Still highly enjoying it.
Currently playing 'stare out of the window waiting for the Amazon van containing my copy of Astrobot'.
And then, Astrobot
Astro Bot. What a great game.
Astro Bot and a bit of the Black Ops 6 beta on PS5 and Star Wars Outlaws on Xbox.
Vampire Survivors is a bit moreish isn’t it…
@FinneasGH it's great isn't it. Wasn't on my radar but played the trial d bought it with 45mins still remaining
@Zuljaras It's on sale for $15 regularly!
On PS5 - Black Myth Wukong & Metro Exodus. Soon is Warhammer Space Marine 2.
On steam deck - Dead Space 2.
@LtSarge Big fan of Bioshock here 😂🤗 aahh im excited for Judas
@amatmulisha They're such great games! I'm having an absolute blast with BioShock 2.
Still loving Star Wars Outlaws. Who knew that in a galaxy far far away, you'd find different alien species speaking with a Manchester accent.
Finally in the mood to begin Divinity: Original Sin 2…. Which has been in the Switch backlog for some time. I played BG3 last year, and adored it, so I’m really keen to get stuck into Larian’s predecessor game. Just yesterday I picked up D:OS2 on SteamDeck also, so I can double-dip on Switch and Deck thanks to cross-save functionality (I prefer to travel with Switch, as it’s a lot lighter with better battery- but at home I’d choose Deck due to optimisation and better graphical fidelity)
On the side, I’m playing MH World…. Mainly due to all the hype for Wilds! I put 800hrs into Rise, and am so far loving World. Very different, and IMO not quite as fun as Rise… but I’m still in Low Rank, so many of the new/DLC mechanics haven’t opened up yet. Hitting a GS True Charge Slash remains as satisfying as ever, albeit I still whiff 90% of them!!
@amatmulisha if Judas lives up to potential it'll be amazing
@LtSarge yeah. bioshock 1&2 is a masterpiece to me. I love 3 but not on the same level of 1&2. Im rarely replay any game once im finish but bioshock is an exception. Replay the game for like 3-4x. Rapture city is beautiful and eerie at the same time. Just love those city
@Medic_alert Astros playroom was my favourite until Astro Bot.
Ps5 is now a great place for 3D platformers. Also got ratchet rift apart, 60fps update of ratchet 2016, sackboy, and upcoming epic Mikey rebrushed
@rusty82 hopefully 🤞. Please be good. But the gameplay kinda look promising to me. I have faith on Ken Levine works 😂
@rusty82 I can’t believe i did really enjoy mickey rebrushed demo on the steam deck. Fun game and performed so well on the deck.
Wrapping up Tunic at the moment. I'll probably start the Dead Space remake later today, and play some Zenless Zone Zero & Vampire Survivors on the side.
I picked up Astrobot because it reviewed well and I'm kind of in between games right now. I'm not really a fan of 3D platformers but perhaps this game will convince me. It definetly looks fun enough. And I love all the Easter eggs in it. Looking forward to playing it later today.
@Darude84 Thanks! Definitely intending to play Automata - when I was looking up which one to play first, the general consensus seemed to be to go for Replicant both for the story context it gives to Automata, and the fact that it might be difficult to go back to after playing Automata.
Astro Bot , Don't Want It To End , Intrigued About Funko Fusion Though What Do We Think ????
Uncharted: Golden Abyss (Vita) - I'm loving my hangout in the jungle with Sully.
Microsoft Wordament (Android) - Still doing dailies and working on adventure mode.
NBA Jam (Windows Phone) - Also playing daily.
Still playing Star Wars Outlaws and having fun.
But this whole morning has been co-op with my youngest son in Cat Quest III. What fun! It is charming and purrrfect!
Astro Bot! Did 3 or so levels and so far so good. I can't wait to play more
Trying to play the BO6 beta. I don't remember call of duty feeling this awful. But it feels awful. I miss BO1 and 2 so much
This is a great week 😊
Astrobot and Cult of the Lamb. What more does a man need?
Astro Bot and I’m loving every second of it! I’m also squeezing in a bit of Visions of Mana on Steam Deck when my kids take over my PS5.
Still working my way through Trails through Daybreak.
PS5 wise:
Hoping to finish the last of us and the main game of Ghost of Tsushima.
Start SMTV Vengeance and Stray.
Play a bit of Cult of the lamb, MH Rise and Legend of Dragoon.
PS4 wise:
ESO, Days gone, Dark Cloud, Dragon’s dogma and castle crashers
Astrobot of course! 100% the gorilla world and the gameplay is so polished and the surprises are so good! I don’t want to rush through this amazing game so I’ll break it up with some Hades and Vampire survivors. Also selling my Xbox since all their games will be on PS5 and the value is still decent. Might pick up Black Myth with some of the money.
Visions of Mana, such a lovely game. Will buy Astrobot once I've completed it.
Might as well 'buck the trend'...playing Lonely Mountains: Downhill! Simple to play, infuriating to master….I should hate this but love the aesthetics and minimal nature sounds! Calming in the same way that punching yourself in the face is calming!!! Its pulled me and I can't let go!
Concord, of course. What else?
Oh wait….
Nothing too much for PS5 this weekend. Maybe just some Dragon Dogma 2.
I had my son’s market day yesterday (2h of selling whatever at school, he decided to take my psvr2 and charge ZAR20 (USD1) per pistol whip run - 3 deaths or stage complete. My watch told me I burnes crazy calories just from standing behind the kids!
In recovery, taking it slow in Outlaws. I think the hate is just not justified. Its not perfect, not was I expecting it, but the sense of place is so on point
Astro bot and vampire saviour. Can’t remember the last time I bought games at release, but what can you do?
Gonna try to not play Astro bot today. Wasn’t able to put it down yesterday and I’m going through it way to quickly for my liking
Playing a bit of the Black Ops 6 beta. Otherwise I’m playing through the story for Red Dead Redemption 2. Honestly though, the weather is too nice to be inside and who knows how much of it is left so I’m going to get out and enjoy it.
Astro Bot will be the main focus. Possibly Stellar Blade but I think the new game is going to take up most of the free time I have.
This weekend it's Astro, Black Ops and working my way through Stellar Blade.
I wanted to play Concord this weekend, but alas, i will have to settle for Astro bot.
Great timing on pic to this post, I'm actually playing Trails into Daybreak 2 Crimson Sin with translation mod. Great game, includes mini games that were sorely lacking in Daybreak 1. Seems more like a (albeit big) DLC to 1, story-wise though. Very addictive gameplay, at least to me. I contemplated waiting for English version next year, but gave in.
@Rich33 too funny
Brought a Vita this week and I’ve started a platinum run on Resistance Burning Skies, I’d give it a 6/10 because it’s not great at all in any area lol. Also finishing up Mudrunner DLC trophies and I’ll try fit in some Rebirth somewhere. Happy gaming folks
My copy of Space Marine 2 arrived early so I've been playing that today. Will be playing co-op Sackboy with the wife later.
Animal Well, that new Doom collection, and Toy Story 3. And, if I can platinum those three, Dave the Diver will be next.
@ApostateMage A 'Gallagher' far far away...
I'll see myself out.
@Marquez 😄 Well played.
Astro Bot! Wish all modern AAA games were like it ...Absolute masterpiece that everyone should play!
NFL is back, baby. Looking forward to tomorrow's slate of games. The Diofield Chronicle will be my primary game, though I may play around more with Final Fantasy XVI NG+. I'm winning an auction for Triangle Strategy, so maybe I'll be playing that next weekend. I've had a Switch sitting in my desk for 6 years and have never bought a game for it, so it'll be interesting to get it up and running after only really taking it out to top off the charge on the battery every few months.
Honestly not much this weekend, mentally I'm just not up to focusing on a game, the most I'll do is some FFXIV dailies with the bestie.
I have, however, binged the entire season of Batman - Caped Crusader and thoroughly enjoyed it even if some of the character reimagining's didn't quite hit.
Astro Bot. It’s the best game on PS5.
Well right now my weekend is me busy taking car of my newborn (number 3)! 3am birth means I am in the hospital this weekend, so if anything my Switch will get some long needed use.
Upon return though it's all Astrobot, Wukong, and Vampire Survivors.
Switch: still on Minish Cap - enjoying the Kinstones but everytime I feel like I’m progressing I run into a wall about 10 minutes later so quite slow going at the moment
PS5: Sifu - still working on lowering my age and trying to beat the final boss
Immortals of Aveum - having fun with this at the moment - great feeling to the combat (even if it is just reskinned guns) and the lore is really interesting. Shame people would get turned off by the technical issues and very slow opening
Division 2 solo for now. Gone back a few years as can’t play the games I wanna play with family around, dead space, Resi Evil etc
@ErrantRob congrats and 3rd!! I can barely manage with 2 😂 😂
Hello there fellow gamers;
This weekend I´ll be playing Astro Bot, wich is the best game ever, more Street Fighter 6 online matches, learned some new Ryu combos gotta do them in a match and continue Kay Vess Star Wars Outlaws journey all on my PS5.
I´m putting my Series X on rest until I get my physical copies of Alan Wake 2 Deluxe Edition, Metaphor: Refantazio and Assassins Creed Sahdows...... Or until I decide to play Control or Lies of P again 😜
Cheers everyone and happy gaming weekend to us all
I am tempted to buy the Castlevania Dominus Collection, but I realized I never beat the games in the Advance Collection first. So I'll be finishing Harmony of Dissonance and then jumping into Aria of Sorrow over the weekend.
@Zuljaras Skyward Sword is so fun. Enjoy!
Scott McCrae put it best:
A S T R O B O T .
tokyo xanadu ex+!
Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty. Started again as the PL expansion changed the game so much (better).... That I needed to play out the whole story with new character builds, in the games most polished state. Amazing game now (PS5).
Astro Bot has finally pulled me away from Balatro (thank god!)
I also picked up Crusader Kings 3 on sale but it’s way too complicated for me. I wish Sony had a refund policy like steam’s.
Immortals of Aveum and its actually quite a good game if you like Single Player FPS. I score it a 7 out of 10. You will have to give it a chance the game kinda starts at chapter 3.
Astrobot of course. What a great game, but taking it slow and steady. I want to enjoy and find everything on my own. Also playing Hades and Hogwarts Legacy. All great games too. So many games I haven't finished.
Well here we go with another wild WAYP. Been a wild cool week around here. Most of the week was just the usual games like Dawntrail and SMTV: Vengeance and some new stuff like Star Wars Outlaws and BAKERU which both were exceedingly amazing. Most of the weekend when not working was taken up by the Big Run in Splatoon 3 and more Visions of Mana. Got those new Splatoon Amiibos in and they are absolutely beautiful. Also picked up my copies of Ace Attorney Investigations Collection and Astro Bot. Very excited to play those. Also got like 100$ in Eshop money for lots of cool stuff like Baten Kaitos HD and even preorder money for Yakuza Kiwami. Once I’ve spent it on my day off I’ll list what I bought next WAYP. Also with the news on Concord this week I got my refund so I’m gonna go ahead and preorder something special. Rest of the weekend I’m thinking is gonna be some of the COD Black Ops 6 Beta as yes if I enjoy that beta I’m going to use the refund money for a copy of Black Ops 6. Pretty sure it’ll be my first Day 1 COD. Otherwise I’m thinking this week is mostly gonna consist of some Ace Attorney, Trails Through Daybreak, Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD, Paper Mario, Bakeru, Dawntrail, Astro Bot, Emio, P3R: The Answer, Star Wars Outlaws and Visions of Mana. Think this is also the week Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP comes out so I’ll be excited for that one. Only wrestling thing I wanna mention this week is short and simple. AEW All Out. Hangman Adam Page and Swerve Strickland. Unsanctioned Lights Out Steel Cage Match. I’m now a AEW fan too. Anime of the week gotta go to Nokotan, Alya Sometimes Speaks in Russian, Oshi No Ko and Mission Yozakura Family. Yeah got some new ones in here and one of them Nokotan is actually anime of the season I’m absolutely loving it. Alya is extremely cute too. Podcasts of this week gotta go to Castle Superbeast, Big Think Dimension, Into The Aether, RPGsites Tetracast, Minnmax, Jeff Gerstmann, Kit and Krysta, Last Stand Media, Easy Allies, Second Wind, Nextlander, Cultaholic Wrestling, Weapon Wheel, Aetheryte Radio and Remap Radio. As always yall stay safe, be wildly awesome to each other. Have a totally cool weekend and of course Happy Gaming.
After I finished Dark Souls Remastered with DLC about 1,5 week ago, I just had to take a break from gaming - it was great experience but very exhausting too. Today I installed again Elden Ring - Shadow of the Erdtree - I rage quit on final boss a month ago. I simply need to take him down finally!!!
Happy gaming, folks!
I'm going to be playing some Astro bots on PS5 and probably play some Skyrim and Dragon Age Inquisition
